Our Commitment

The Billiard Spot is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What We're Doing

  • Using semantic HTML elements for proper document structure
  • Providing sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the interface
  • Ensuring all interactive elements are keyboard accessible
  • Including descriptive alt text for images
  • Supporting screen readers with proper ARIA labels
  • Maintaining a logical tab order throughout the site
  • Providing visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • Ensuring text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality
  • Avoiding content that flashes more than three times per second

Known Limitations

Some areas still need work, including listing filters, video player controls, and live notifications. Tell us if something is hard to use.
